We have an award winning video production team of news and broadcasts professionals who have the technical expertise and artistic vision to meet the comprehensive technical and creative needs of any government agency. Our IT experts and web designers create innovative web solutions without impacting IT or audio-visual staffs. The Brass Star Productions training team consists of both FEMA and CA. POST certified trainers who provide the most up to date and professional courseware and training for government agencies.

jc-xt-anchorshot Christina Chance has 30 years of experience in the government-contracting, computer and security field. Her strong technical and programming background and knowledge of government contracting requirements allows her to offer our government clients the peace of mind of contract compliance and vendor awareness of governmental policies and procedures for smooth running projects and meeting deadlines on time and on budget targets.

Christina has worked in the computer industry on such projects as the Space Shuttle guidance systems, development of a SECRET computing laboratory for the Sea Wolf Nuclear submarine data and missile systems managed computer system clusters on the military network, then known as "milnet", for a NASA laboratory before it became the internet we know today. Her background also includes training at the FBI Academy for cyber terrorism and computer forensics as well as creating a training program for narcotics investigators.

In addition to her B.A. in Mathematics and M.A. in Computer Science and Fine Arts, Christina also holds training credentials as a Microsoft Certified Trainer, FEMA Anti-terrorism instructor, and formal California State teaching credentials for secondary and college level instruction.

Jonathan Chance is an award winning news reporter and producer whose talents have been featured for over two decades in Los Angeles on radio stations, KABC, KFWB, KNX and in San Francisco on KGO Radio. In addition, during breaking news stories, his reporting skills have been called upon by various national radio and television news networks including CBS, ABC, MSNBC, CNN and AP News.

In 2001 the Radio and Television News Association presented Jonathan with the prestigious Golden Mic Award for his coverage of the 9/11 Attacks On America. During the devastating 2007 brush fires that were burning throughout Southern California, Jonathan was on the fire lines for a week providing breaking news reports for both KABC in Los Angeles and KGO in San Francisco.

A member of both SAG and AFTRA, Jonathan has appeared in both television and film productions, including the Films “The Champion” and “Under Pressure” and the TV Shows “Strong Medicine” and “The Dead Zone”. Jonathan is also experienced behind the camera as a writer, producer and Apple Certified video editor of various government video and training projects for a variety of genres including DVD, web casts, mobile devices, broadcast and cable television.  In addition to being a news reporter and actor, Jonathan is also a certified FEMA/DHS and CA. POST Instructor.
