"De-Mystifying The Web and Email - 101" is a 4-hour course with a hands-on computer lab, The class consists of learing about what the world wide web really is, where it came from, how it works and the best and safest way to use it.

You will learn about bots, spiders, ads, cookies and how client and web server systems work.  With the web information comes all about email, how it works and ways to use it safely and efficiently.

Chris is a certificated instructor in math and computer science and holds a California Standard Teaching Credential and college and adult instruction certificate.  Along with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, her background includes over 30 years in the computer industry working on the Space Shuttle Guidance Systems, submarine weapons systems, cable television and Atari gaming systems, State of California DOJ network systems and training for HIDTA and LASD.  She has also been trained in computer security and combating cyber-terrorism at the FBI Academy in Quntico, VA.
